		<description>Great post!  Many years ago I heard a well-known motivational speaker say that five years from now you will be the same as you are now except for the change coming from the books that you read and the people that you meet.  What a great encouragement to meet with those that we can learn from.</description>

		<description>My &quot;business&quot; is schooling and raising children. They can be seemingly even more unpredictable than traffic jams. However, my chilidren are predictably unpredictable in that there is almost always a 30 minute block of time lost in getting to an appointment. Someway, somehow thirty minutes evaporates. About four months ago, I stopped pretending like I could make those thirty mintues stop disappearing and instead just planned them into our schedule. As much as I cringe at &quot;losing&quot; that time, we now show up most places on time and sometimes even early. It&#039;s a small victory, but it is always worth thr effort.</description>
