Adobe Acrobat > PDF Annotator or CutePDF

Adobe Photoshop > Gimp

Microsoft Office Suite > Office365 (beta), Google Apps, Zoho or Open Office

Microsoft OneNote > Evernote

Microsoft Outlook > Gmail or use a hosted exchange provider that includes an Outlook license (e.g. Rackspace or Office Online)

Microsoft Project > Gantt Project or Basecamp

Microsoft Visio > Gliffy

Quickbooks > LessAccounting
